If I could give 5.5 out of 5 I would have given so. When I decided to finally move to the UK this October, I saw a post in Facebook from iPropertyUK. Although i was based in Singapore that time, Dharmesh always have been helpful not only answering all queries we had, but also helped for a smooth transition. He even took care of how we are settling in and helped answer all queries even after we moved in. It was absolute pleasure to find someone in today’s world, no questions asked iPropertyUK was a live saver for us to find a property in current market condition.

excellent agency and magnificent landlord, when you report that something is wrong in the house, they have an almost immediate response. They are very good at communicating when renting you the things you need and they give you your space so you can gather it. They give you the house in very good conditions and if you require any changes they do it.

We engaged Howard Cundey to sell our property during the difficult times of Covid. After interviewing 5 local estate agents, Tim and his team stood out as being the most aligned to our way of thinking about marketing the property. They did a great job, the photos were well framed and lit ensuring the property was shown off to its best. The supporting prose was clear, concise and highlighted the key features of the property. Viewings were well managed (arranged to everyone's convenience). Good offers were received, with negotiations well managed by Tim, exchange and completion happened quickly.
