I have no hesitation recommending Kings. They provided an excellent service selling my property. They had a lot of challenges when trying to sell it as a result of the tenant being uncooperative at times, not allowing viewings and being argumentative at times. However, the Team at Kings, in particular Doug, Riley and Georgia, maintained a professional approach providing the tenant with reassurances about viewings and helping to maintain an effective communication with the tenant. The Team worked hard to sell the property, keeping me updated regularly and always remaining positive that a successful outcome would be achieved.

Absolute 10/10 experience with King Estates! My partner and I were first time buyers, so we were definitely a little bit lost when it came to this whole process of buying a house. For our viewing, we had lovely Tom who was very professional and knowledgeable about the property. He answered all of our questions/queries swiftly, which was really nice since we had a very different experience during the previous 6 viewings! Once our offer was accepted, we had a pleasure of working with Lauren, who’s an absolute star and we are so very grateful for her open communication and overall support throughout the whole process. We’ve had a few hurdles along the way, but Lauren was always there for us - advocating on our behalf, chasing solicitors, and so much more! We’ve now completed on our house and we couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful service from Kings!
