They efficiently organised and executed all the steps necessary to put the house on the market and enthusiastically conducted all the viewings that their advertising attracted. Some prospective purchasers requested a viewing at short notice and these were all accommodated. At all stages we were promptly informed of the outcome of viewings and provided with advice on how to proceed. Shaz provided a valuation on my property and went through my options regarding both selling and renting. He was very thorough, professional and approachable throughout the process.
