Samir was there on time. His presence was welcoming, I felt very relax around him as though I have known him for a long time when It was the first time I was meeting him. I had such a great experience working with Samir. As a buyer, I wasn’t even technically his client, but he was incredibly supportive from start to finish. He was always quick to respond to emails, no matter how small the question, and his communication made everything feel so much smoother and less stressful. Samir is also just a genuinely personable and friendly person, which makes a huge difference during what can be quite a stressful time (especially as a first time buyer) You can really tell he cares about the people involved, not just the sale.
