I have been dealing initially with both Carolynne and Jessica from the Eastbourne office. I have nothing but complimentary comments to make about these two Northwood representatives. At the beginning Carolynne patiently took me through the process, explained the expectations, compiled the documentation I submitted and made a point to understand all of it such as to avoid any ambiguities. I felt that I was dealing with a professional as well as somebody with excellent communication skill set. Then Jessica took over. Jessica was ever present throughout the process and guided me when I needed it. Her attitude is Sterling, her communication clear and unequivocal, very supportive and does not hesitate to undertake the extra step for my satisfaction all with an experience mix of professionalism associated to public relationships. As far as my personal experiences, I have no hesitation in stating that Carolynne and Jessica are definitely an asset to Northwood.
