Great quick experience.

I???ve been renting with Northwood for four-and-a-half years and have never had any issues. They are always quick to respond when I contact them and efficient at resolving any problems. Where problems are the responsibility of other parties, Northwood will contact them and chase them up on my behalf until all is sorted. Staff are friendly and check in at reasonable intervals.

Northwood have been fantastic agents to rent from. They have dealt with any minor issues we have had, for example getting an electrician to check out our heaters which lead to us getting new ones! We are very grateful for their fantastic communication.
