I have had an ongoing relationship with Northwood Eastbourne for almost 3 years both as a landlord and as a seller of property. From a letting perspective, my experience with Northwood has seen them find good tenants for properties and ensure that rents are paid on time, and if there are financial difficulties, Northwood will work with the tenant to help them resolve the issues. They will also manage resolution to any maintenance issues ensuring the landlord is alerted quickly to any problem, will identify skilled trades people to estimate and complete jobs and keep the landlord informed of progress to resolve an issue and ensure the property is consistently maintained to a high level. From a selling perspective, my experience with Northwood has seen them go the extra mile to identify potential buyers, work with you to match you to a committed buyer and monitor the sale for both seller and buyer to reach a speedy completion of a sale. They go out of their way to assist buyers allowing them to view the property as much as they wish, helping them with access to surveyors, solicitors, and other services to assist with a smooth sale process The staff have always been courteous and professional in all their dealings with me. My experience of Northwood is they will go the extra mile to make a successful sale or tenancy and I would recommend them to others considering buying, selling or letting a property.
