They never respond to calls post sales for a maintenance and if you visit their office they have ready made answers as checking with landlord. Never buy a house or take from them for rent as you will end up spending your life for follow up

Messaged them three times regarding a property they had to rent! Totally ignored me and didn’t reply even to say it has gone! I am surprised how shocking this is. If I was a landlord I wouldn’t use them as no applicants get a response clearly!

Because u took over the block of studio flats that the courts took off Nigel Rose made me and my fiancé homeless and we both have mental health problems and my finance works aswell we are very disappointed as they could have offered suitable accommodation as we was good tenants for 5years with out problems
