Absolutely brilliant from start to finish although "finish" was so quick and easy we still can't quite believe it. As we were emigrating to Australia we had intended to put our 'marmite' house on the market this Easter. Although we loved our house - a semi detached two bedroom quirky open plan bungalow with a huge garden - we fully appreciated that it wasn't everyone's cup of tea. However as we were only marking time we decided to go for it and contacted Roland and Jane at the Beverley branch. This turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The description of the house, ace photos and the help and advice we received was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. Before the house was officially launched we had a phone call from Jane asking whether we were happy to have our first viewing on Christmas Eve. The buyer fell in love with the house and it sold that day. What a Christmas that turned out to be !! Everything from then on went unbelievably smoothly with Jane doing all the liaising between our buyer and solicitor. We just sat back with the occasional bottle of bubbly !! We've subsequently recommended EweMove to anyone thinking of selling their house. A brilliant company to deal with.

Roland and Jane managed to secure a sale agreed on our house in just a few weeks. The idea that they show potential buyers around your house is a real deal breaker for us, instead of leaving that down to us home-owners. After we eventually found our "dream house," we hit a number of problems regarding various solicitors that were involved with the sale/purchase process. This was were EweMove stepped up the game and went the extra mile, acting on our behalf to help us keep hold of our sale/purchase, on what was to be a very stressful deadline/move day. We decided to put our house on the market after our family began to grow and we were starting to run out of space. We'd seen the adverts in the local newspaper by Ewemove and also always felt that their Rightmove listings always stood out so we decided to ask them to pop round one evening for a valuation. Roland (one half of a winning partnership with his wife Jane) called round and spent over an hour with us going through the level of service they offer and what sets them apart from other estate agents (they even don't see themselves as estate agents, more if a marketing firm). There was no pressure to sign up at all and even though Roland left ours late into the evening he was off to see another client after us, truly a 24/7 service! Roland had also told us about their guarantee where if you're not happy with any part of their service you can walk away, no fee, no contract. Excellent. So we decided to sign up, a couple of days later Jane and her colleague Cathy called round to write the description to go in the brochure and listing. Rather than the usual bland description about how long the walls are, they added to it with great info about why we love living there, what the house and location offered, and how it would suit future buyers. Then a day or two later Roland came to take the photos and we were sent a draft brochure that evening, which we approved and it was put on Rightmove that night. Our first viewing was two days later, with them coming thick and fast in the days that followed. Then, 11 days after putting the house on the market we accepted an offer for the asking price. Every step of the way both Jane and Roland were available by email or phone 24/7 and always made you feel like you were their only client, always having your information to hand and able to answer questions or reply to emails very quickly indeed. So, just 11 weeks to the day after putting our house on the market I'm sat on my sofa with my family in our forever home. Thank you so much Jane, Roland and all at Ewemove Beverley.
