I cannot recommend highly enough Graham Butt’s estate agents, particularly the East Preston branch. They’ve recently sold my late mothers house, a sale which has been going on for the best part of a year due to probate issues on my part. Although we lost the original buyer, due to unforeseen probate timescales, Toby, Pat, Jonathan and the team managed to re sell the property for more money within days. Their communication was A1, even when there was bad news. When they were asking for updates they were compassionate and never hassled, merely trying to keep all parties in communication. The day of completion has finally come and I can’t thank them enough. I’ve never left a 100% score or 5 out of 5 review as I believe there’s always room for improvement. However, in this case I cannot find fault and can’t praise the team enough, particularly Pat who I think had to take the brunt of some understandably anxious and frustrated vendors and buyers along the way. In modern times of IT companies taking over the world and employees trained to scripts, it’s refreshing to see companies like Butt’s operating in such a courteous, professional and personal level.

We have just exchanged contracts on a sale and purchase with the office in Rustingon. We dealt primarily with both Jack Lydon and Ellie Norman and the service we received from them was excellent, both with the initial offers and then progress of the sale and purchase. They were both professional, efficient, and polite. In particular we apprciated the regular feedback and communication, even when very little was happening they kept in touch. All the staff at the Rustington office are always polite and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them.
