The Dream Team!
You cannot get any better than this Estate Agents. Jenny, Sue and Heidi have gone above and beyond in ensuring the sale of our houses. We sold two with them at the same time which was stressful to say the least but they alleviated this stress greatly through both their continuous optimism and extensive knowledge of the market and the intricacies of legal matters also. They were always available to talk or email, and were absolutely determined to get our sales complete. We also bought a property through them which was so smooth and efficient. I genuinely do not think the sale of our houses would have happened without them. We are so so grateful.

Helpful and supportive at every step of the way
We recently sold and bought out new property with Newton Fallowell. We were very pleased with the support and advice we received from the team there. Will is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced with the local market and we felt we received excellent advice in what was not a straight forward purchase. Couldn't ask for more.
After many purchases and sales over the years when estate agents have often needed chivying along or chasing for information I was tempted this time to appoint an on-line agent. I'm glad I didn't.. The N.F. East Leake office staff have been excellent throughout and I felt that they had a personal interest and involvement.. A quick, efficient sale was achieved with me feeling relaxed and fully informed from start to finish. Thanks Team!
