Becky, Avril and the team were genuinely exceptional when handling our house sale. They drove good early interest and got us an offer within weeks. Even though they were only responsible for the sale of our house and not for our onward purchase, they consistently went above and beyond to try to help push things through on all sides, effectively managing our buyers expectations throughout and even speaking directly to our vendors and solicitors to try to preserve our chain. They gave good advice and steers throughout the process and nothing was ever too much trouble. If I was buying or selling in the area again, there is no one else I would consider.
