Having used a chain estate agency without much luck, we changed to an individual agency, Leslie & Co. They advertised our house on all the main house sales websites and they set up a WhatsApp group to keep us informed. Once we'd accepted an offer, it took us a while to find a house. Our buyers were ready to complete much earlier than we were and we reeceived several calls from Leslie & Co, trying to move things along quicker than we could go.
