Will from Nicholas Humphreys looked after us well during our tenancy in a student let in Lenton, resolving any (rare) issues promptly. We had an issue at the end with Tenancy Deposit Scheme at the end which was a shame but all was good otherwise!

They are incredibly helpful and so easy to get in contact with, workers are lovely and always happy to help. They're in constant contact with the landlord which is great so there's always back and forth feedback given.
