I am pleased with the thorough survey which has been conducted. However, I was most dissatisfied with the potential GDPR breach. On receipt of my booking letter and invoice, I realised immediately that the booking letter was not mine and contained details of, what I presume to be, another customer. In fairness, the administrator was informed of this error immediately and I am lead to believe this was dealt with in the appropriate manner. However, I must admit my confidence in the company was compromised after this issue.
