We engaged J M Mason to carry out a Special Defect Survey, as our potential purchasers survey had shown some potentially very worrying results on our home. Our appointment was set up quickly by Claire & the whole process has been very efficient. Following Jonathon's investigation, he took the time to verbally explain his findings & gave us advice on the way forward & the written report followed quickly thereafter.
