Edit May 22 - We have just completed - delays in no way due to JW Wood. I must say the aftersales care provided - in particular by Amanda Killops. I work in the service industry and the service provided by Amanda has been second to none. Regular, friendly updates and kept all parties in the loop during the delays so no one became overly frustrated and she ensured things kept moving along so the transaction could be completed asap. An infinitely better service than that provided by our conveyancer. Would recommend in an instant. Thanks again Amanda! First time buying a house in nearly 20 years.
