I decided to choose JW Wood to sell my first home after reading the other reviews and I'm honestly so pleased that I did. I was very nervous about putting my home on the market, but the team made the process extremely easy and pain free from the very start. It's obvious that they took the time and effort to ensure I had realistic expectations and gave me some good guidance on how to improve the attractiveness of the property. They worked really hard to promote the property once I gave the nod. Obviously they know what they are doing as I had numerous viewings booked in before I could blink. Less than 3 weeks on the market and I've already agreed a sale! I cant thank them enough and they will be my estate agent of choice when I'm looking for my next home! I would also highly encourage anyone thinking of selling their home to choose JW Wood.

I have nothing bad to say about my experience with JW Wood, everything has been great since the beginning. When I enquired about the house I was interested in, it was a bank holiday, but I still got a speedy response from Director Geoff and my first viewing was organised really quickly. The property consultant Ann has been really helpful throughout the whole process which is great as a first time buyer. She’s always been readily available for any questions I have and has given me regular updates through the process. It’s been a very positive first time buying experience for me.
