Highly Recommended!

I have stayed with the AKG for two years and I've had two different flats while also having looked at other flats of theirs in my search for one (and at many flats of other agencies as well!). What impressed me the most when it comes to the flats they offer is that the bedrooms I've seen are always very big (all my friends that came to my flats commended on how bigger than theirs the rooms were) and bright! They have flats in central locations and they all had something nice and homey about them! The flats come with all the basic necessities and any support needed will be given. The rent is on the pricey side, but I could hardly find any better looking flats in the same price range (270-300pounds per month per person for students). The greatest benefit I saw when dealing with AKG in comparison to other agencies in Dundee I've had dealings with is the sense of privacy and sincerity they allow to their tenants. I know, it seems like a given, but it's not from what I've witnessed! They never did an inspection apart from the beginning and the end of the tenancy, they were always available but not imposing on you. When we had viewings in our flat because we were moving, they always contacted us before coming with the viewers, and they were always professional and considerate. All in all, whenever we called them to fix something in the house or with a question they were immediate and accommodating, and the whole experience was pleasurable and easy! I would recommend them any day! -Marina
