We purchased a property advertised by Meyers.David was brilliant throughout the process.I hope the vendor appreciates his hard work and efforts.Unfortunately our solicitors were useless, and he did his utmost to help where he could, liaising with the sellers solicitors telling us what we could do etc.After a stressful few months we completed!!After moving in to the property, we had a few cosmetic problems (understandably as a new build). Even though Meyers legally no longer had interest in the property, Dave still helped us sort the issues! Highly recommend!!
