Claire was a huge help and delightful to work with throughout our purchase. She put up with our awkward requests for viewings, when we were often accompanied by over energetic young children. Richard and Claire provided a very personal and professional service, from initial contact meeting to final completion. They both showed a genuine interest in making sure everything ran smoothly. We particularly appreciated being able to contact them easily, even out of hours, with any questions, and always received swift replies to phone or email messages.
