Had an absolutely amazing experience buying our first home through Nicol&Co. Jasmine stayed with us through all of our difficult times! And thank you to Hannah who arranged all of the sale proceedings! I would definitely recommend them!!! Thank you once again!

Nicol and Co are fastidious up to the minute and earn their fees! our sale ended up being nearly 6 months. The Malvern team worked collaboratively to keep on top of all the complications. They were tenacious; especially Hannah in sales progression. what a fantastic company 100% recommend as a buyer or seller.

Very impressed from the buyers side. Coral was great throughout. Coral balanced the expectations of both the buyer and seller very well. Very pleasant and polite all the time - a refreshing experience with an estate agent. The gift box on moving in was a nice touch too.Hopefully we will not need to sell for a long time but will not hesitate to sell with or recommend to friends or family.

I want to say a massive thank you to the wonderful team at Nicol & Co Worcester office. You went above and beyond to help me complete on my house purchase and took so much of the stress away! Really thankful to Lara for letting me know about the property and big thanks to Leanne for helping progress the whole way through - she was so proactive and kept me informed on any updates every step of the way. Also thank you to Tom who helped a lot at the beginning and Hannah on completion. Couldn’t fault them at all, such a friendly team - amazing service. Nicol & Co are the best estate agents we've come across. Georgina McGorrigan was invaluable and I'm not sure we would have succeeded in the sale if it wasn't for her. We highly recommend them and most definitely Georgie.

Jasmine in particular was so helpful throughout the purchase of our new home and genuinely cares, going the extra mile when it comes to customer service - a real credit to the company. Any issues or queries, however minor were attentively dealt with swiftly by Nicol & Co and we are loving the new home.
