Successful but Slow Purchase

We found the staff at Andrew Grant to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, The purchase process after our offer was accepted was slow but this probably had more to do with the vendor than the Andrew Grant staff.

Fell short of our initial expectations

We were very impressed with Jemma and the quick follow up with photos and marketing. Within a week we had 3 viewings and were optimistic. But Only 2 more viewings were made over the next 14 weeks. We did not feel that we had enough feedback over the period. Usually we had to call AG to get updates. We also did not get a good reason why our home was not receiving viewings - just the quietness of the market. Sadly we have changed agents to see if we get better luck, let's see if it's actually our house that is the problem!

Terrible service - ruined our first house experience

Terrible service - we were mis sold our house and told there was no chain but 5 weeks in we found out that actually there was! Poor communication and they ruined the day of completion with a rude phone call from the estate agent when we had a problem with the home we moved into. When we actually picked up the keys we weren't asked for ID or wished well with our move - very cold experience - have warned all family and friends to stay away.
