We have just bought a house

We have just bought a house with the help of CJ Hole staff. Eva Singleton was the sales agent, Dianne Willis our sales progressor and Andrew Conmee assisted when the home buyer survey revealed things and we had to re-negotiate the price. While our solicitor wasn't always responsive and we had to make several calls to get things going, at least CJ Hole stuff was reliable, quick, and professional. We are grateful for their work.

I was really impressed with the efficiency of all the staff at CJ Hole. They kept me fully informed at all times right from viewings to completion of the sale. Dianne and Andy were especially helpful in knowing the stages each solicitor were at and what I needed to do to push it along to completion. They were very friendly and I felt I got a personable service plus they listened and understood my concerns along the way.

Holly Boulton and Rachel

Holly Boulton and Rachel Godwin have been helpful, approachable and professional at all times. Rachel quickly found me a tenant and as it as a new build, Holly promptly assisted me in getting the house ready for the tenants. The lawn was laid, curtain poles, blinds and a TV aerial and extra point were installed. Communications were smooth and every question I asked was dealt with immediately. I am 100% satisfied.

Moving from Cornwall to

Moving from Cornwall to Bristol was always going to be an adventure, and we soon learnt that the rental market moves extremely quickly here. Luckily we made good contact with Holly, and while we were unable to rent the flat that we viewed, Holly was invaluable in helping us secure the neighbouring flat across the hall. A very friendly demeanor, knowledgeable, great communication skills, and sharp attention to detail are notable qualities that Holly has. When it came to collecting the keys, Holly wasn't around, but Rachel was able to seamlessly pickup the baton and get the job done hick-up free. We would certainly deal with them again, and who knows, perhaps we look to CJ Hole when considering to buy a property... :)
