Joe always had a pro active and common sense approach to helping with any maintenance issues throughout my tenancy. It was reassuring to know he was in the background. A shout out too to Melanie, Nicola, Emily and all the other staff at Northwood who where always friendly and helpful.

Have been dealing with the Northwood Team since putting an offer in and have found these agents to be absolutely refreshing compared to other local agents! They really go that extra mile to ensure that customer's needs are met in a polite, understanding and prompt manner, even when dealing with some last minute requests that were not entirely within their scope. The standout for us has been Nikki who has sincerely made this an easy process, in what is usually a stressful time. Her understanding of our situation landed really well with us and we feel safe buying a property with her. Although we havent got to the final stages yet, I'm leaving a review now because I trust we will get there. Thanks for all your support Northwood - Keep up the great work!
