I am a property deal sourcer. I find properties for investors. Northwoods in Doncaster is an ultra professional run company. Although I am looking at their service from the other angle you will not believe how much easier they make life for me. Let me explain. When I see a property, I have to take photos, make a report for investors, work out the financials, get details from the land registry, find out the HMO Houses in Multiple Occupation details, the achievable rent in the area and comparable properties. It can take 4-6 hours. Not with Northwood! Whenever they contact me about a suitable property it’s a blessing. All I have to do is view the property and when I ask the agent the relevant questions, they are all answered. Or at least I can send a bunch of questions to them and by the time I get back they are answered. I would go so far as to say that no matter where in the UK you are, you simply cannot go wrong with this company. If I were to buy a house, they’d be the first people I’d contact. They’ll leave you shaken but not stirred.
