They really go that extra mile to ensure that customer's needs are met in a polite, understanding and prompt manner, even when dealing with some last minute requests that were not entirely within their scope. The standout for us has been Nikki who has sincerely made this an easy process, in what is usually a stressful time. Her understanding of our situation landed really well with us and we feel safe buying a property with her.
