"An Ultra professional..."

I am a property deal sourcer. I find properties investors. Northwoods in Doncaster is an ultra professional run company. Although I am looking at their service from the other angle you will not believe how much easier they make life me. Let me explain. When I see a property, I have to take photos, make a report investors, work out the financials, get details from the land registry, find out the HMO Houses in Multiple Occupation details, the achievable rent in the area and comparable properties. It can take 46 hours. Not with Northwood! Whenever they contact me about a suitable property it’s a blessing. All I have to do is view the property and when I ask the agent the relevant questions, they are all answered. Or at least I can send a bunch of questions to them and by the time I get back they are answered. I would go so far as to say that no matter where in the UK you are, you simply cannot go wrong with this company. If I were to buy a house, they’d be the first people I’d contact. They’ll leave you shaken but not stirred.

Nikki was fabulous, she was both professional and friendly. From the very first appointment with her, she has been fantastic and shows she is very knowledgeable about the area and the different types of properties available.

We'd like to thank Northwoods for the top class service they have provided whilst dealing with the sale of our late parents' property. From the initial assessment and valuation stage through to the completion of the sale they have been absolutely spot on. They have been enthusiastic, sensitive, quick to respond to all our queries and really on the ball in terms of keeping us fully informed of progress throughout. Nikki and Karen are the people at Northwoods with whom we had the most contact and they went out of their way to make the process a positive one for us, which has been really appreciated. Extremely professional but at the same time really approachable, we can only thank them for their efforts and would definitely recommend Northwoods services to others.
