From managing the maintenance on a property, to ensuring that the house remains compliant and dealing and fielding tenant requests.They take a lot of the stress and pressure out of the process. Have always found the staff to be pleasant, professional and helpful. Couldn't have done it without them! Additional comments. Added 6th Oct 2025 Northwoods staff are now seeing me through the difficult process of being forced to use the court/legal system in order to gain my property and the associated legal cost back from tenants who have failed to comply with a legal section 21 notice. Though stressful ,Northwood staff are just on the end of the phone, or email and are providing an excellent service and support throughout this process. In this turbulent time and when the landlord rights appear to be at the back of the queue, it is essential to have a team who are knowledgeable to help guide you through this minefield!
