Northwood have provided a service of renting our property for around 7 years, and through out that time me and my family have lived 100's of miles away as well as overseas. Any issue with the property, Northwood have dealt with quickly and professionally, liaising with both me and my wife as well as the Tenants so I cannot fault them. They always took a pragmatic approach on issues, trying to find the best but also cheapest option for all involved, this cannot be said about all companies, who normally would just go for the most expensive option. A very easy 7 years of renting the property and most importantly stress free for us.
