As a property investor I’ve been dealing with moss properties for a while now, I must say the service and customer care is great. The negotiators there have always been very friendly and helpful, especially who I’m currently dealing with, a lady called Rhiane. Any query I’ve had has been answered promptly and she always seems to go above and beyond with the request I am making which is making my property search much easier. Before Rhiane I was dealing with another lady called Ella who was also very similar in the aspect of customer care and being extremely helpful. Look forward to getting a deal tied down sometime soon with moss and adding to my portfolio.

From the outset of meeting Annie at the door (earlier than arranged) which was a bonus because I was in the vicinity already looking around the area. She let me no I was able to go in when I'm ready. When the door opened I was greeted with the warmest of smiles. I was shown around the property with no pressure of rushing and she was sure I didn't miss an inch of the property, I asked questions and she answered straight back with the right information, if the information could not be answered she found the answer from the vendor there and then. I was very satisfied with my viewing. Before I left I was told if I need any more information then, please don't hesitate to ask. A fantastic experience with this estate agent, and in particular Frances Bowling. They were not even my estate agent (although I wish they had been!). Frances was the estate agent for the property we were purchasing. Fantastic professional service, very responsive and great communication across a range of channels at any time it was needed (day or night). She handled a tricky chain and chased everyone throughout to ensure that a desirable outcome was achieved for all. Which was a lot more than I can say for my estate agent!!
