I have used Belvoir for a number of years. They find good quality tenants, quickly, ensuring a minimum period of un-occupancy and rent that is paid on time. They have also been great for help and advice even when it wasn't part of their remit. When I had a good tenant who turned bad they dealt with the matter in a professional way to ensure the correct outcome in the minimum of time.PositiveProfessionalism

We have rented a property with them for almost two years now and so far they have been a very serious letting agency. Very fast in sorting out things when we had problems like shower problems or the bushes in front of the house that the council wouldn’t cut down. The renting process was easy and they made everything ready on time. I really liked that the inventory was very detailed and nothing was left out. So far pleased with this agency.
