Nice smooth transition from viewing to moving in . Great communication from Chris from start to finish always kept informed . Totally hassle free process., Katie even rang to see how we were settling in and if everything was ok which was nice. All in all perfect!

PROFESSIONALISM starting with the sms link for application form, the reminder for viewing, the personalised visit which covered all aspects of it and continuing with the communication and support for all stages of process (the credit check and the references; the council and the suppliers for services) and finishing with the phone call check after moving into the house.
