I was selling a house in Doncaster. Lois from Whitegates seemed to offer the most honest valuation of the 3 estate agents that gave me a valuation.. The sale I accepted turned out to be a chain and became very complicated. Through it all Lois was working hard to make everything work. Lois and her team were recommended by a friend and what a recommendation it was. We were selling my late mother’s property and didn’t have a lot of information about the property, however Lois was fantastic, every step of the way she has helped up and guided us and made the house sale so much smoother than we thought it would be. She set expectations and timescales for us preempting every step of the journey and letting us know what would be happening next We didn’t meet with any other estate agents as they impressed us that much and there never a time in our journey that I wished that we had gone with anybody else.
