Just started renting a property through Whitegates. The process was transparent from the start and, as I was moving from the other side of the country, being able to handle the entire application online made life much easier. On moving in the inventory provided was detailed and accurate, and although there's a couple of things that need sorting in the house these were never hidden from me as the potential tenant, and will be easily sorted.

This company have been nothing but helpful and paris was absolutely amazing. It's my first time renting and she completely put me at ease when looking round my flat. Such a normal, friendly and chatty lady. After being in the flat for a couple of days my oven wasn't working. I informed the lettings side who said they would sort it. Someone came to my flat and sorted it for me the same day. Which I found absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this company!

Cannot recommend these guys enough!! Absolutely great service from what I've had so far. Literally in the space of a week had my house valued, viewed and sold! I have had a brilliant experience with Whitegates, they sold my apartment in the first couple of weeks for the full asking price and apartments can sometimes stick a while. I was therefore happy for them to take on the management of a property I recently bought. They had it rented the day after it was on their books. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
