Since Whitegates took over the running of this property from Diamond they have been very helpful, open and honest. We had a very unpleasant tenant for over a year who stole many items from all the other house tenants, he never worked from the day he moved in. Had drug issues and was really untidy and noisy with people coming and going at all hours disturbing the whole house. The police came looking for him on several occasions and bricks were thrown at the windows. Not long after Whitegates had taken over this property they have managed to get rid of this person to the relief of the house and probably at great cost to them and the owner of the property. The house is peaceful clean and now has a great atmosphere! We can not thank everyone at Whitegates enough throughout this process they have always taken our calls listened to our complaints in a professional manor and kept us all updated at each step of the eviction problem! Thank you Whitegates for dealing with a problem that really wasn’t yours to sort out and for bringing harmony to this property!!!!
