This is the third letting agent that I've used for the same property in the last 6 years, and at last, I feel I've found the right agents. Quick to respond to tenant's and the landlord's needs regarding roofing, and most helpful with discussions around deposits.

Been a tenant with Whitegates for over a year now. Moved to UK for the 1st time and was lucky to rent a property with them. Helped me from day 1 with all of the process, very smooth, all online. Had a major issue with trip switching and they have a on online portal where you can submit an issue, submitted the issue on Sunday evening, the electrician got in touch and showed up to check it Monday evening, identified the issue with the cooker hob, he came back with tools and swapped it with a brand new on Thursday evening. Very pleased and surprised with the prompt response. Very friendly and helpful Electrical Tim fixed the issue for me. I renewed my contract as a matter of a click. Early months of moving in, forgot to pay on the exact day of my rent- paid several days later and they did not have an issue with that as well. I have approached them for moving to bigger flat next doors if becomes vacant, and they been always updating me of availabilities and options. Still living in the same flat and hope things go smooth when I move out as well. Cheers. Keep it up.

I did work experience here for a week and i enjoyed every minute of it. Angie was super helpful to me as she showed me all the systems and how they operate. Linda was one of the most hard working people, she does business very well. Julia was also spectacular she took me to many houses and showed me how estate agents do their work out in the field. All of them were very kind and helpful and would recommend people looking to buy or rent a house to go visit and consider whitegates doncaster.
