At what is a stressful time in purchasing a property Jamie at in house has been amazing in chasing everything up for us and going above and beyond! Would highly recommend in house estate agents!

Very efficient and extremely patient agent

Used Inhouse before with the purchasing of my property a while back, but had to relocate for work purposes. I decided to use their service again. Really impressed with their service. I needed to have my house sold and the process (sale and purchase) completed within 3 months. I was also in a long chain. Inhouse was upfront with me in getting the process through in three months, which I appreciated. Still, they were able to find me a buyer, coordinate the chain (solicitors and other agents) to completion in less than 3 months! Very happy with their service and would not hesitate in using their service again. Thank you Inhouse!

We as tenants were very pleased with how Dawn helped us find a property. After looking at a property we had found through Inhouse but it not being quite right for our family, as soon as one became available Dawn called to tell me that a property had become available that was more suited to us and arranged a viewing. As I was moving from quite far dawn ensured she spoke to me regularly on the phone keeping me updated etc. I cannot fault anything about whole process and the way we have been looked after and I know Dawn is only a phone call away if I need any advise.

Wow Brilliant House sale

From the moment I called to ask for a valuation I was impressed with their response, I called 2 other agencies who were just as good when it came to sending someone out to value our home but In House sent Jamie and he was absolutely lovely. Jamie was thoughtful and not pushy (and even offered to come in and let our dog out before any potential buyers came to look at the property).He did say that he could sell our home for the top end of the asking price and that is exactly what he did within 24 hours of looking at our home. Even before he had taken photos or put the house on the official market site. Jamie knew his market and set about selling straight away. In House arranged for us to meet with a solicitor at their offices at a time convenient for us and kept us in the loop all the way through the sale. It was one of the quickest sales we have ever been involved in. from start to finish it was a pleasure working with IN House and Jamie and Phil. A highly professional estate agent that you can truly trust

We initially found a house that we wanted to purchase which was via another estate agent in the town. After talking to a few estate agents in the town we thankfully chose In-House to sell our property. In-House sold our house on the first day it went on to the market which was quite amazing considering other estate agents were telling us they had no contacts within the town as they weren't established enough.! Call it what you will, intuition, six sense etc, but we were so glad that we chose In-House as we could never have foreseen the issues that we would experience over the next 10 months in connection with our onward chain. Half way through this experience our buyer decided to pull out 2 days before Christmas with our house half packed in anticipation that we were going to complete. Again In-House kept the whole situation calm, and again sold our property the same day! Now we thought we'd be on the homeward stretch, but all I can say is, two further buyers pulling out further up the chain I started to think this was never meant to be, but again In-House dealt with the whole situation extremely professionally and kept us fully up to date every step of the way. Jamie went that extra mile by ringing all parties concerned e.g. solicitors, other estate agents and even government bodies in order to keep the whole thing on track. In fact the whole In-House team were extremely helpful, especially Phil, oh and Gill whom I seemed to speak to every day! If you are in any dealt as to which estate agent to choose then I would highly recommend that you choose In-House who I know will support you through this experience whilst remaining extremely professional and understanding, and making this particular journey a whole lot less stressful than it needs to be.
