Having seen the way other estate agents market their properties locally, I have to say that the way Jones Robinson marketed our property was absolutely superb and I believe was far better than everything else I have seen. The video tour of the house, with a well prepared, informative voice commentary, rather than a simple piece of pop music accompanying a montage of photographs, gave an excellent initial overview of the house. The brochure was also of excellent quality and I felt in very safe hands from the outset. The work done by Chloe in this regard was outstanding. On day one of marketing we received a good number of viewings, leading to seven in the first week alone. Andrew managed the liaison with potential buyers and he too was meticulous in keeping me informed of progress. He was courteous and highly professional in his communication.
