I've rented with Belvoir twice and both times had a great experience. Both properties have been very clean as per their high standards, and information has been provided for appliances. The little touches make a difference, including a welcome pack on moving in. Belvoir helped me find a new property at quite short notice, which I love. Thanks!

We have been using Belvoir Devizes to let our Apartment since 2016. The service has always been excellent. Our most recent let went very smoothly as usual, all very professional, emails & telephone calls were always returned promptly, any questions were answered in great detail, contracts and statements easy to understand. Highly recommended. Thank you David, Sue & Toni for sharing all your knowledge and experience with us.

I have been looking to move out with my partner for a while. Unfortunately we had been unable to find somewhere and was really taking a toll. We decided to speak to Belvior with regards to moving asap. They were so professional and found us a property which we viewed before being put on the market. Within 4 weeks we had moved into the property, the property had been cleaned and left to a high standard. The staff were professional, polite and always happy to help. They did an absolute thorough job start to finish and we will always be thankful!

My husband and I have had a fantastic experience with Belvoir, Devizes. We contacted them re acquiring a short term lease in the Devizes area and from start to finish they've been helpful, kind and very cheerful. Due to the situation we're in we've had some ups and downs, but the team at Belvoir have been reassuring and quick to solve problems. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who needs help renting a home. They will see you through the process very well and you won't regret using their services.
