I can’t recommend enough! Northwood Derbyshire made our moving experience very positive from start to finish. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and our weekly update from Abi really kept us in the loop with everything. Ryan was brilliant on our viewings and very informative. On the morning of completion, Abi gave me a call to explain the process of the day, which really put my mind at ease and was the first person to call us as soon as we had completed. It really has been a stress free process because of Northwood Derbyshire.

I found Northwood excellent to deal with. All staff that I dealt with were exceptional, in particular Sophie, she was polite, helpful and made the whole process straightforward. I would be sure to recommend Northwood to any family or friends.

Northwood were great throughout the sale of our property. They kept us up to date, were efficient and professional throughout. Prior to our sale they also managed the property as a rental which was a positive experience too. The team are friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them.

What can I say about Annie!! From start to finish her and her team were absolutely fantastic. She made the whole process so easy and was great to communicate with. Northwood did such an excellent job that our house sold on the first viewing 6 days after being listed. We felt so comfortable with Annie that we were happy to leave her with our keys whilst we were outside the country. We hope that this will be our last move, but if not, we will definitely being using Northwood again. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you so much for helping us move in to our dream home. Sophie has been amazing since she took over the management of the property, has initiated decorating and maintenance work that wasn't critical, but had been required from when I moved in 5 years ago, and got it sorted after 1 visit..... Always quick to respond and an absolute pleasure to deal with....

Absolutely perfect service from all of the team. I have used Northwood on previous occasions and have always received the same professional friendly service. This time it was on the sale of a flat where the sale fell through (once and nearly twice) due to issues with the management company which managed the leasehold aspect. During this sale I dealt with Abi and Ryan who couldnt have done more in regards to managing expectations and delivering a perfect service (shame about the management company company). I cant recommend Annie and her team enough whether it be sales, purchases or to fully manage your property.
