Going to be totally honest here! Heard some not so great things about Nicholas Humphreys...thought I would just book some viewings and see what happens...they explained that they are under new management and they were totally right! The whole process was actually fun & easy. Don't believe everything you hear!!! Me and my mates are sorted for next year...so excited :)

I have been a tenant of Nicholas Humphreys for 2 years now. Last year we were in a pretty run down house with quite a few problems but Nicholas Humphreys always tried to do something about it. They got us a new fridge, new furniture and our Property manager even came out to the house to unblock the sink. This year there has definitely been a change in the way they do things. Everything is way more proffesional and when we had no hot water on a Thursday afternoon, it was sorted by Friday lunch so we weren't left without on the weekend. Would really recommend these to any students.

Would definitely recommend Nicholas Humphreys for student lettings. My son has rented a 3 bed house with his friends and the service has been brilliant. The accommodation is of high quality, Bali Kaur will be his property manager and she made the process so easy!

I had read some negative review previously and was reticent to use NH when looking for a flat for a young girl my wife and I were supporting. However the experience has been excellent and when due to personal reasons, the young girl needed to exit the contract at the beginning of the second year, Bali was absolutely wonderful in her endeavour to find another another tenant, which resulted in a very happy young lady!
