Martin and Co helped me move into my current house share; the agents themselves were really helpful and you could tell they wanted to find you the place that would suit your needs and requirements rather than trying to push you into the first place that met your price range. The team in the office were fantastic too, welcoming and professional and the fact its family run adds to that personalised experience. If your looking for a clean, well kept property (As they ensure that inspections and cleaner visits are regular) then choose this firm. My house mates are no trouble what so ever as they mainly tend to house working professionals and the property itself is kept modern and clean.. rent prices are reasonable and you also get bonuses like discounted rates with certain gyms and retailers.. what more could you want?

We've just moved back to the UK after spending 16 years buying, renovating and selling properties in Italy. We only made the decision just before Xmas 2019 and due to commitments we didn't have a lot of time to look around and find a place. However, Martin and co were very quick when we enquired about the house, and were able to negotiate with the landlord for us, as we had no track record or credit ratings. First class firm.

Great service and the staff are very responsive. They have variety of rooms in and around Derby that are fairly reasonable priced.

Pleasant experience with Martin & Co. I found a flat they had advertised and wanted to move in quickly, David and Sian helped it happen within a week. There were a couple of small problems with the property but they were very quickly sorted out. No complaints so far!
