I was with Martin & Co for 1 year, my tenancy ended over a month ago and I still haven't been given my deposit back which should have been paid within 30 days after the end of tenancy... I called them 4 times within last month, each time I talked to different agents and every time I was told that my deposit would be sorted out soon but it hasn't, they've been stalling me! Terrible customer service, as soon as you start reporting house issues, it takes ages for them to come and fix them, you have to remind them about. David and others were all charming at the time of signing the letting agreement but they don't treat well the existing customers and those who want to break out.

Worst letting agent! before we moved into the property by martin and co, we specifically said that we want the rubbish from the garden and the brown bins to be gone, as well as the electricity and gas to be working. we had to wait bloody 10 days for the electricity and gas, and even then, the letting agency only gave us a number to call and pay off the previous tenant's debt. with the rubbish and the bins, even after a month of complaining and begging, still nothing it got to the point that we are embarrassed going to the letting agency and calling them because we have done it so many times

Been the first time i have used Martin and Co it will be my last . From the first day i arranged to to set up a contract with , the staff was so rude and bullyish over the phone , i thought i might have some doing's with them ? As i work away i left my Keys at home i rang them to see if they had a spare set , they charged me £20 i couldnt believe it i could get 6 cut for that . And finally when i left trying to get your deposit back they take a fee of £15 for cleaning what a joke , so dont bother cleaning your room before you leave cos you get charged for it what ever . So that was my first and last time with this company hope this helps people out there if there thinking of using this company !!!!
