fantastic agency i was in a flat where the landlord wouldn't do any of the repairs the place was literally falling apart the landlord was given a time scale in which to do the repairs but still didn't do them so martin & co moved me out. within 2 weeks i was in a new house with a garden. i now have a very happy son and both of our health's have improved i love the place i'm in now and don't think i will ever move again. thank you martin & co

I've used Martin & Co Derby since 2008 and I've found that they've always been very professional and friendly. I've had a few tenants over the years, and David and his team have always made the transitions very easy for me. I had to relocate for work so knowing I can email any one of their team and get a quick update or response is very useful, and gives me peace of mind. I recommend you use these guys, and also that you take advantage of being able to contact any of them to follow up on things, it helps a lot.

I used this agency to both sell and rent my property. They were very helpful throughout both processes. Ollie on the rental team was fantastic as he found me two tenants very swiftly and helped by advising me on how to best to furnish my flat. When it came to selling my property Mason (sales team) was able to sell the property within one week of it going on the market. I was so impressed as previous agencies had been unable to find a buyer. I would recommend this agency for a personalised service and quick response.

I moved in to my property 5 years ago after being homeless Martin and co have always been helpful to me and my family sorting out any problems I have had as a tenant asap. Over the years there has been times I didn’t think I would be able to stay in my house due to financial problems but David and the team have always been there for me to help much appreciated I personally would never feel the need to let with anyone else brilliant.

Fantastic! I have never rented before and this estate agents made sure I was cared for so pleased! Very high standard service as I had a bad experience before hand with one around the corner. these made sure they turned my thoughts around on moving and made it a very pleasant experience you don't find this service anywhere full stars.

Credit where credits due... Martin n co have been fabulous with our rented home! Any time there is an issue, they're out straight away! Just came to fix the door of all things... only reported it last night and they were in and out in 5 minutes!
