I live in a lovely cottage from Martin & Co. The hard working team are friendly, co-operative and professional. Repairs are dealt with promptly especially urgent repairs. The company has assisted with options during this current cost of living crisis which is much appreciated. The pastoral attributes delivered throughout the pandemic and beyond is exemplary. In this day and age where some companies often don't get the time to visit their residents, Martin & Co is an exception. I feel fortunate to be in their care.

Honestly, it's an ok agency, but there's always something that fails!! Possitive: They held the office late just so I could grab my keys as my trains were supper late! I got a welcoming gift box with the cutest things that you might need on your move in day! Negative: Have reported a problem since the beginning of the tenancy, such as mould, and only by the end when I am about to move they send me a number of a contractor to take care of it... 6 months where my health was at risk due to a problem not solved directly when I reported it! The whole house is full of damp, and my room has 2 leaks on the roof, which creates a bunch of mould. (I have reported this, but they never took care of it) They don't seem to be great at replying back to you through email.

Actually team specially Maddi is very nice , cooperative, knowledgeable and also maintenance team was was very helpful I really recommend letting from this marvelous company
