Survey
A survey was carried out on our property. The report was incorrect in several areas e.g stud walls when they are all solid walls, built on clay it is actually built on a concrete raft. Non working burglar alarm warented a rating of 3 - urgent work required. I would refuse to allow this company to carry out a survey on this house or even a rabbit hutch. The valuation came in at 165K compared to their online valuation of 211Kat the low end 324K at the top end.
