Friendly and very approachable, a good sign is when you require support and how they reach out and support you, excellent on all respects. They even reviewed my account recently and actively looked at saving me on costs, excellent. We have been with them for a long time now and really recommend them on all fronts.

The app itself is easy to use. They provide a good onboarding call to all new members. Any issues after that, they sort there and then. Very much a can-do approach.
