The letting agent used Reposit, allowing me to pay a small fee instead of a traditional deposit. I find this to be a great option, especially as I have no plans to leave the property. It has made the rental process more convenient and affordable for me.

Easy hassle free experience, innovative way forward for renters. Great experience for me meaning it was fore more accessible for me to arrange a new rental property closer to work while already renting elsewhere. Sometimes it’s difficult to save up another deposit while waiting on another and haggling at the end of tenancy. This seems a far more realistic option to most renters. One off fee that you know won’t be given back at a much lower outset knowing the check at the end will then be realistic.

I’m a single female and I was very grateful to be able to be offered the Reposit scheme as my savings for a deposit was becoming unreachable within the timeframe that I needed. My mum has dementia and my dad passed away therefore I couldn’t ask them for support. The Reposit helped me to secure a wonderful place to live and I am truly thankful.
