I’m so glad that we chose Willowgreen as the estate agents to sell my Mums flat. The team were there to support and guide from end to end. They were super responsive to queries and calls, especially when it got close to completing the sale. Great service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Steve and Jake have both been very helpful with my search for a property so far. The right balance of support and speediness! Update: I would like to highlight how helpful both Jake and Steve have been with supporting my buying process as a first time buyer. Throughout the whole purchasing process the staff were friendly, helpful and informative. I would particularly like to recommend Jake Wellman, Steve Cox and Coren Pollard. During the viewing process Jake was a huge help. He was super flexible with timings and availability and on the first viewing day he had a huge amount of patience taking us around the town with back to back viewings for most of the day. He was always quick to respond and organised the other viewings for us. During the second viewing day we had the pleasure of meeting Steve (Branch Manager) who took us to the other viewings. Once we had decided on a home to put an offer on he facilitated the initial processes between us and the seller, organised access to the property for the building and asbestos surveys and kept me regularly updated. Coren (Sales Progressor) was a huge help in facilitating further negotiations between myself and the seller towards the end of the process. Overall the Starking &Watson Diss branch Team were amazing and made what is a very stressful process run smoothly. They are very efficient and the process from Offer to Completion took less than 3 months.
