Hello Clare.. I'm surprised to find you have left us this review. I don't believe we have ever had any dealings with you? I can't understand why you would ask such a random question? However, in answer to your question.... and as pet lovers ourselves , we, like all pet lovers become very concerned if we believe an animal (or human being for that matter) is being abused or neglected in any of our tenanted properties and of course would take what ever steps we could to put a stop to it. If you are referring to on of theTV Programmes you have seen us in recently, and in particular the one where the Rabbit appeared to have been left unattended... you will have heard Paul's comments of how bad that was.. and how shocked he was to discover what was apparetly an abandoned Rabbit left with out food. If you watched the whole programm you will have seen him feeding the rabbit before he left the house. On this occassion it turned out that the tenant had not abandoed the property but returned later. (as was detialed in the programme). I would be grateful if you would contact me to discuss this further, especially if you are aware of a pet being neglected in one of our properties so that we can intervene.
