Sales of house.

Started walking on the sale of our house with Julia in February had issues which I had to put the sale of the house on hold but she’s been so good. She also Referred me to a very good lawyer who is helping me out now with some legal issues. Can’t wait to sale with Julia, once everything is done.

Professional service by a Great team!!

Just completed the purchase through Reed Rains. Though, it was bit a bumpy journey and took bit long but wouldn't have been possible without best of the best RR representativeS. Special shout out to Julia and Sue, who were really helpful and prompt with replies, getting answers from other side etc etc. It was a really pleasant experience to deal with RR and I would recommend all lovely people trying to buy or sell must use RR. At the end relationship matter which is not common with other hight street estate agents. Only RR can maintain the standard. Cheers

Amazing Service!!!

Struggling to find accommodation as I arrived in the UK, contacting numerous estate agents and being shoved from pillar to post or just simply ignored. I eventually contacted Reeds Rains about a property. not only was Ruby friendly and accommodating, helping me to see the property that same day, but she has been absolutely amazing in assisting me to get the proper documentation and payments in place to secure my new place. She also handled communication with the landlord to ensure that I could move in earlier than originally planned.Reeds Rains have been amazing... Thank you Ruby!!!

Most wonderful tenancy experience delivered by Reeds Rains Dartford

My family was very well looked after from the time we signed the tenancy contract, through out the duration of our tenancy up till checking date. There was a very good liaison with the landlord with prompt attention to defects and repairs. That made us seem lucky. It was not just luck. Vicky and Ruby were incredibly helpful and supportive in all circumstances that made our use of Reeds Rains in Dartford a very rewarding experience. I will always recommend their services to any prospective tenant and landlord looking for comfort and peace of mind in the property tenancy and management business. My family remain ever grateful.
